Senior software quality assurance engineer under contract with major financial firm. Have been tasked with leading a test-team evaluating both a web-based application designed to serve 60,000 employees and a CD-ROM application for the Firm’s private banking customers.

Manage a team of 5 test engineers.
Create and manage project test plan.
Perform manual and automated testing on both the application and server-side. In the case of the CD-ROM application, create and execute manual test scripts.
Utilize WinRunner and TestDirector to aid in automated black-box testing.
Work with marketing and development to prioritize bug fixes.
