Siebel Call Center Module is implemented in APCC for CRM functionality and CLM is used for Campaign Management. CLM is basically a smaller version of CRM, customized to suit the business of HP. CLM consists of various modules like EMA Control Center, WCC, OFS and Reports. This Software is used to close a Loop starting from Web Base Campaign Management to Call Center Agents to Reseller Feedback system.

• Siebel Configuration using Siebel Tools include

• UI Layer changes in Applet implementing complex logic using Siebel VB
• Data Layer changes like extending database table columns and applying the changes
• Creating EIM mapping columns for the extended columns

• Running EIM Task after Analyzing and mapping legacy data into Siebel Interface tables
• Configuration for connecting Siebel applications and Web Application using Siebel EAI
• Production Support for Siebel and CLM Applications

Application runs inside a knowledge portal at Microsoft Outlook, which is also a mail client and Microsoft Exchange Server as a mail server. The Parser parses the 4GL code written in Visual Adept and accordingly the Generator automatically creates Tables in Access or SQL Server, Visual Basic Forms and Visual Basic codes for Screen, Reports and Batch Programs.

VISUAL ADMINISTRATOR

The Visual Administrator provides User Creation, assigning permissions to a particular user, setting up the runtime environment and database maintenance functions for Visual Author developed Application.

VISUAL CLIENT ACCESS

The Visual Client Access provides the ability for a user to log in to the developed software with password protection and to change their password when desired.
