• Pivotal MarketFirst Integration (Research & Development), Senior Developer. Worked on design and development phase in delivering an integration framework between Pivotal Sales and Pivotal MarketFirst. Developed Visual Basic components for n-tier architecture to communicate between Pivotal Sale and Pivotal MarketFirst via XML. Performed detailed customization to Pivotal Sales to incorporate additional functionality provided by the integration.
• Pivotal 5 Active Access Implementation (Pharmaceutical), Senior Developer. Worked on a Pilot implementation of Pivotal 5 for a leading animal health company. Designed the Pilot release to incorporate global business requirements taking into affect processes of offshore offices in Brazil, UK, France, and the US in the same system. Held online sessions with global offices to demonstrate the customization capabilities of Pivotal 5 CRM Suite.
• Pivotal-Alcatel Telephony Integration (Telecommunications), Senior Developer. Implemented integration of Alcatel telephony switch with Pivotal Active Access on-site in Paris. Integration included detailed customization of the Pivotal system to interact with Alcatel switch on various telephony events. This implementation was used for the purpose of demonstrating Pivotal’s integration capabilities with Alcatel telephony switch for the annual Alcatel Forum held in Paris.
• Pivotal PartnerHub Implementation (Telecommunications), Senior Developer. Responsible for technical design work and customization of Pivotal PartnerHub for a telecommunications company. Customization involved creation of new business logic, using Pivotal Toolkit to extend data model, and changes to asp and xsl pages.
• Pivotal Active Access & IntelliSync Implementation (Financial Services), Senior Developer. Worked on implementation effort for the installation and customization of Pivotal IntelliSync with Pivotal Active Access for a leading Canadian financial institution. Customization to the system was performed as per business requirements of client using Visual Basic, Visual Interdev, and Pivotal Toolkit.

Senior Developer on several projects for client in the Restaurant Services Industry. Responsibilities include involvement in requirements and design sessions with clients and developing modules inline with requirements. Responsible for design and development of company’s website. Specializing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Custom Applications development, and Web Development.

• Financial Application Portal (Nationwide Restaurant chain), Senior Consultant. Designed and Developed Intranet-based ASP application for Financial data input (GL/AP/Inventory) and Reporting for nationwide restaurant chain to have better access to remote restaurant financial data. Replaced existing Access application with streamlined financial portal w/ Oracle backend. Developed scripts to import data into ERP application (Oracle Financials).
• Pivotal CDA Analysis, Pivotal Subject Matter Expert. Installed Pivotal eRelationship 2000 Windows Client and Active Client. Produced a requirements matrix outlining the complete functionality of Pivotal. Gathered requirements for extending the Citrix XPS portal product to integrate with Pivotal eRelationship Suite. Researched different integration methods with Pivotal involving XML Programmatic Interface, XML Integration Engine, and COM Interfaces. Produced a feature specification document (FSD) with technical architecture requirements. Created user interface prototypes of the Pivotal portal product.
• Network Engineer (Construction), Senior Consultant. Implemented a new Small Business Server to run company’s core applications (corporate email - exchange, file sharing, financial system). Configured desktop clients to access exchange and domain server.

Involved in the execution and delivery of CRM projects for marchFIRST. Worked extensively onsite with project teams in various roles from Analyst to Programmer. Client industries included: transportation, retail, property management and telecommunications. Worked with leading CRM products, including Kana (Silknet), Pivotal and Genesys – and studied comparable solutions from Clarify, Siebel, and Cisco.

• Worked with CRM Center of Expertise (COE) Practice in Miami, Florida. COE focused on internet-based CRM technology solutions, multi-channel communications solutions and core operational applications deployment. Team of 10+ co-coordinated Southeast regional activities and provided technology leadership to company’s 300+ CRM practitioners.

• CRM Strategy (Property Management), Consultant. Created CRM Roadmap for group-purchasing department of a large property management company. The roadmap outlined key technology initiatives required to build world-class CRM environment for the company’s customers, suppliers, contractors and other constituents. Outlined $4-$10m of investments required over a three-year period.

• CRM Technology Deployment (Online Retail-Services), Consultant. Worked on implementing several CRM Roadmap initiatives for this online arm of this nationwide company that provides a variety of special services for the home (home cleaning, appliance repair/warranty, gardening, etc.). Implementation included customization of a fully redundant internet-based customer care solution using Silknet 99 (Kana) and integrating Silknet with a BEA Weblogic custom e-commerce engine. Also responsible for building integration points between Silknet and BEA Weblogic using XML posted to Active Server Pages. Provided technical support for bugs and enhancement for a period of 30 days following the launch.
