Oracle Application 11i (Field Service, Mobile, Spare Management and Depot Repair) Responsible for Oracle Application 11i, Oracle CRM (Service, Field Service, Depot Repair and Spare Management, Order Management functionality form CRM side( Order Booking, Price list etc.), Invoice). Order Management Client has multiple branch office for the service all over United States. Service Technicians are distributed based on zip code. Each technician maintains serviceable part inventory. Implementation of Oracle Mobile Devices ( Laptop and Palm Devices) for field service.

Apps DBA : Involved in the applying patches to the different instances. Compilation of objects in database tier, application set ups, configuration for Oracle CRM application Setup Users, Menus, Responsibilities, Report Security Groups, Profiles, Concurrent Programs, Report Set

Contracts 11i and Field Service: Responsible for implementation of Oracle Application 11I Contract modules. Client has multiple branch office for the service all over world. Service Technicians are distributed based on zip code. Each technician maintains serviceable part inventory. Warranty and Contract execution for each install base items.

Contracts 11i and Customer Service: Responsible for Oracle Application 11i, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Inventory and Oracle CRM (Service, Contract, Field Service, Depot Repair and Customer support). Client has multiple branch office for the service all over United States. Service Technicians are distributed based on zip code. Each technician maintains serviceable part inventory. After completion a service request detail report transmitted by the technician by a NEC PDA device. Preparing interface of this NEC device to Oracle Mobile Service Application.

Oracle Telesales and Oracle Sales Compensation: Responsible for SOA(Scope, Objective and Approach) document and high level requirement document (RD 020) during the implementation of the Oracle Telesales and Oracle sales Compensations for a Client who has multiple branch office and agents for the sales all over United States. During this project definition phase Vision walk through was also be conducted. Lead Management , Opportunity Management, Organization and Contact Management, Territory Management, Resource Management, Setting up compensation plans and Hierarchies etc. were part of the demo to the client.

Inventory and Purchasing 11i: Lead a team for the conversion of COPICS legacy system data to Oracle Inventory and Oracle Purchasing and conversion of MOPAC legacy system data for the Oracle Self Service Purchasing. Customization for purchasing workflow has done for Oracle Self Service Purchasing Application for indirect purchases.

Purchasing Rel 11: This was the phase II of previous project. Involved in the conversion and interfaces related to the Oracle purchasing to implement SSP4. Requisition Import, PO outbound , Receipt outbound , EDI transaction to ERS Leagacy system , employee conversion for two clients. Both the Clients gone live Jan and Feb 2000 respectively.

SSP4:Involved in a Self Service Purchasing SVA project for a client. Responsible for some customization and Workflow design as per the requirements.

GL, AP, HR, Inventory, Purchasing , WIP: Involved in a Oracle MRO SVA Project for a Client. Responsibility to setup Oracle Application (GL, AP, HR, Inventory, Purchasing , WIP) , custom Reports in Report 3.0 and a custom form in Form5.

Oracle MRO : Involved in the implementation of the Oracle MRO product. Lead a team of 6 people to customize the Oracle MRO Inventory module to satisfy the client needs . Client is live in the 8 sites worldwide.

Oracle MRO : Was Involved as Development Manager for development of Oracle MRO Product. Lead a team of 11 people to develop the Inventory, Costing and WIP Extension of this application . This Product is the extension of the Oracle Core Application to satisfy the need of the Servicing of complex machinery industry such as Aircraft engines. Designed all Workflow process in this application.

Workflow: Customized the standard Purchasing workflow. Design of new workflow for Oracle MRO application.

HR : Involved in the setup and customization of ORACLE HRMS. Forms and Reports related to the benefits and deduction also I was involved in the data conversion from Foxbase system to ORACLE system using SMART DB Work Bench and MS ACCESS.

Reservation System: Worked on the National Reservation System - System includes branch reservation, Leasing, Insurance, Automated Rental, Invoice and Tape Billing.

Data Conversion: Involved in the design, development, testing of project MOTOLUM. Design of database for funds and inventory control. Data conversion from the flat file into the oracle system. Automation of daily activity of funds and inventory. Conversion of oracle data into the flat file for other sister company.

Tracking System: Involved in the design and development of an employee tracking system. System is design to track consultant project locations, billing rates, anticipated end date and rate increase due date.

Locker Maintenance Syatem : Involved in the design and development of Locker Maintenance System. System is designed to track changing ownership of bank safe deposit boxes and insure a lock change upon new customer rental.

Inventory Control System :Involved in the design development, testing and implementation of Inventory Control System. System is design to maintain full company inventory management. System will track supply and demand based on the sales and order and print report accordingly to ensure adequate stock for customer. Also allows for damage stock reporting and letter generation to return it to the supplier.

CNC Machines : Involved in the design, development and testing of two plane horizontal balancing CNC machine.
