Responsible for delivering Getting Started Workshops and Siebel Application demonstrations in an effort to better understand and document business process and business requirements. Perform gap analysis of business requirements and standard Siebel functionality. Provide guidance as the functional expert for the business units. Responsible for interfacing and communication between business users and with development staff. Responsible for the development of Reference Guide, Instructor and Classroom Guide for end user training. Deliver end user training, write and perform unit testing of configured Siebel Modules.
