ERP II (mySAP.CRM) Project Manager and CRM Manager

MySAP IS (internet sales) project manager. First mySAP project in Turkey, finalized at October 2002 (www.sibermarket.com.tr) (It is the 8^th B2C mySAP Internet Sales implementation in the world) and also first mySAP B2B Internet Sales finalized at January of 2003. Although I was Project manager, I do alone; ‘initial download, mapping, IPC set up and etc, shortly: turn key B2B & B2C’. Marketing and Analytical .CRM modules have also been implemended without any consultancy taken from SAP Turkey. Operational Change Management and reengineering is included (used ValueSAP).

1to1Strategy IDIC (identify, differentiate, interact and customize) have implemented to the company during the ‘economic crisis’ in only 6 months without any consultancy from outside.Re-engineering is also included and done acc to the Dick Lee methodology and Company recovered from the crisis. Call Center: 15 agent multiside (Ankara-İstanbul) ACD December 2000, IVR and CTI will be realized later on. (Have broad conceptual and application knowledge about Alcatel 4400, Lucent Definity, Nortel Sympessium and etc)

Implemented an e-commerce solution which is integrated with SAP R/3. CRM and 1to1 marketing concepts are also in action in this project (Club Basari and extranet (connections with dealers by web) September 2000.

ERP (SAP) Background: (Basari SAP R/3 implementation is the most successful one in Turkey)

Implemented Sales Support at R3 as preparation of mySAP Sales Activities

SAP training for SD (Sales&Distribution) and MM (Material Management)has been taken between Feb98-Dec98. Prepared and trained end users of SD module and especially specialized at pricing, LIS and MRP.

Implemented SAP R/3 SD and MM modules and integrated with SM, CO and FI modules.

Implemented the firt Credit Check in Turkey.

Realized the SAP R/3 implementation of ten companies of Basari Elektronik without taking consultancy from SAP to Thailand, Finland, Russia, Norway and etc)
