eScript to customize the package where configuration alone does not meet requirements.

Involve in designing user screens and data mapping between interfaces. Writes JAVA servlets

to broker communications between the mainframe and Siebel VBCs through HTTP calls.

Performs system administrator tasks like installing and restarting UNIX and NT gateway and

Siebel application logical servers and MQ queues, grants roles to user id’s and resolves system

performance issues. Writes PL/SQL scripts to maintain the Oracle 8 dB. Provides production

support.
