project provided the challenging task of configuring the CyberDOCS to bypass Network security to allow custom security in an unspecified environment due to lack of understanding of customer requirement by the Sales team. We emerged to win the deal for CyberDOCS DM Software.

Worked as Consultant for Onyx e-CRM projects for the above companies. The Customization required writing of Stored Procedures in the MS-SQL 7.0 Database, provide e-mail automation (for incoming e-mail’s and paging), make modifications to ASP such that all the functionality is consistent with OCC. - Reader Digest AUS/NZ Vantive CRM Project with WATTS
Architect the CRM solution using Vantive/PeopleSoft. Vantive tools were used for prototyping forms for the customer approval. After the acceptance of the prototype by the customer, write the Survey, Offer Handling (intersection of two objects), Promotion, Error Handling, Product, and other objects. New underlying tables and screen for these objects were defined. The OOB objects were configured with new fields and hide the unnecessary fields.

Design and develop functionality for HELPINE. HELPLINE is a 3-tier Client-Server Help Desk Application for Incident capture/tracking. Custom editor release for HELPLINE doubled the product sale for the company. Help Desk is the base product for Incident/Case/Problem capture that evolved into CRM(Customer Relationship Management) solution.
Writing the API’s and Admin User Interface for Storm Admin 3.5 Client/Server Version for KOM Optical storage using Visual C/C++ 5.0. Storm Admin sales increased due to non-Proprietary Framework.
