- Schlumberger – GeoQuest - Technical architect for team. Implemented Siebel 2000 Call Center following Siebel 2000 Sales including Assignment Manager, Workflow Manager, eMail Response and eService. Responsibility for design/deployment of all application and database servers, Product hierarchy and configuration, Workflow, State Model, setup of employees and users, some configuration and Actuate Reports. Designed and deployed Siebel Replication with a three-tier regional server hierarchy with servers and users spanning several countries. Legacy data was migrated from a Scopus/Swift application and an existing Siebel application. using DataJunction and Siebel EIM. Significant data scrubbing and transformation was performed using ETL tools prior to EIM loads. Performed all Oracle Application DBA functions to manage multiple database instances.
- H & R Block -Technical Architect for an extended Clarify ClearSales and Call Center implementation for financial services automation. Designed and implemented a opportunity import process including development of a complex high throughput batch data interface between an enterprise distributed data warehouse and Clarify. Provided expert technical support and all-round troubleshooting for production Clarify Applications and reviewed critical enhancements, application maintenance and lead special database projects. Platform was HP/UX and Oracle.
- SecurityLink from Ameritech - Conversion of a Data General based custom legacy application with Accounts Receivable, Payments Processing, Recurring Billing and Contact Management system to a custom Oracle Application on IBM RS/6000 platform. Technical lead responsible for all conversion processes and deliverables including business process and data mapping, legacy data extraction, migration, manipulation, loading and testing, balancing of accounts and reporting. The platform was IBM RS/6000 (AIX) and Oracle. Member of a conversion team for a customized billing system implementation responsible for business re-engineering, data extraction, migration, manipulation, loading and testing for three independent companies acquired by the client.

Crystal Reports, JetForm and F3 Forms were used for EDI forms printing and workflow. Document imaging, storage and retrieval were implemented using FileNet.
