The Project aims at the implementation of various technologies in Clarify eFrontOffice 10.1. It includes
The work involves in making the Clarify database as Traveler enabled, installation and configuration of Traveler Server, Traveler Client, Building of Nodes and deploy to the Users. Also Traveler default rules are customized to suit to the Client’s requirements which facilitate the avoidance of unwanted distributed records, additional sharing rules to distribute the customized table records, etc.
Installation and Configuration of Web Client tool of Clarify eFrontOffice 10.1
A script is written using ucreate utility of Clarify to insert the users at the back end.
A Business Process Automation Tool is developed for the client to automate their IT Team Development process. This is achieved by developing additional JSP pages in Clarify eSupport and using the existing logic.

This project is to customize the existing Customer Entry Screen for Off-Net data entry. NCIC, as a telecom service provider will collect applications from the new customers. For the ease of data entry, a single screen is designed to enter all the relevant data of the customers including account, site, contact, address, billing information, etc. instead of navigating to various forms in Clarify.

An integrated package is proposed to implement for Hutchison telecom. The package provides the solutions to locate and handle the network trouble. For the purpose, a Network Management System, TeMIP is used. TeMIP recognizes the network problem and alarm is raised and it is integrated with Clarify and Trouble Ticket is created to handle the alarm.

This application is part of an ERP system and designed to keep the Master Records and Transaction Records. Project has been developed to provide better services to the customers and to improve the sales performance. Project was created using modules like customer maintenance, product maintenance, vendor maintenance, sales and stock managements, items receipt entry customer payments and invoice details. The following reports were generated - generation of reminders to customers for overdue bills, invoice, receipts, daily sales report, non-moving products, over stocked products, re-order level.
The system comprises of Raw Material Stores, Sales and delivery, Quality Check Production and Maintenance modules. The Reports were generated using Crystal reports.
