PwC Professional Experience

Siebel 7 Implementation – (02/2000 – 06/2000)

Specific development includes the use of Siebel eMail response, manipulation of Siebel Workflow Processes, Business Services and eScript

CIS CRM Implementation – (09/2000 – 02/2002)

Siebel 2000 (financial vertical), the overall project objective was the implementation of Siebel to support the agency sales force and sale force operatives with the emphasis on providing a Single View of Customer.

I was involved in two full project cycles of this implementation each phase included:

Lloyds TSB European Internet Bank (EIB) project – (04/2000 to 08/2000)

Establish Lloyds stand alone Internet presence. The design and development work included the interface of a web design using Broadvision, HTML, JSP and C++ coding to middleware interfaced to a packaged banking engine (Sanchez) as well as the design and development of all interfaces from the six other key suppliers (FDR, Equifax, Teletech, Chase, Lechundi and the Post Office in Spain and the UK).

MCS Information Technology Individual Study (MITIS) program

The Core Graduate Training Programme covered the PricewaterhouseCoopers Programming Method Set Standards.

"C" Programming - Created a program level design for a medium complexity business problem. Coded program in C. Program involved the transfer of data from the UNIX environment to the ORACLE database via the use of embedded SQL.

ORACLE - Used DDL to create database tables and constraints in the Oracle relational database. Loaded information into tables using SQLLoader. Modified data via DML.

Java - Developed GUI application in Oracle JDeveloper tool. Designed, coded and unit tested in a three-tier platform (PC, web server and Oracle DB). Executed a string test plan to verify the application functionality according to specifications. Completed an introduction to Internet programming on Sun server. Implemented e-commerce application through on-line sales catalogue.

System Testing - Ran an n-tier (host, client, server, web server, PC) system test plan, which included 4-6 cycles. Documented the cycle execution. Created TPR's, SCR's and IR's. Also fixed existing TPR's and implemented existing SCR's.
