Position: Lead Technical Consultant/Developer
- Customized Siebel Financial Services v6.0.2 for IBA-CRM Project, managed by EDS.
- Configured various banking services (Credit Card, Retail Phone Banking, Application, Inbound/Outbound campaign, Financial Accounts and E-Banking Service Requests).
- Responsible for ALL technical aspects of Siebel configuration – GUI development, eScripting, views and visibility settings, applets, and data formatting using Siebel Tools.
- Defined business components, links, joins, and data layer mappings from source systems (data warehouse) for import to Siebel SQL database.
- Defined custom fields and columns in Siebel schema and implemented IBA-specific list of predefined values and e-banking literature.
